Investment

You can expect to spend $1,400 for 100 invitations at our base package. You also have the option to add upgrades to your invitation suite that will affect the cost, which you'll be able to approve or adjust as needed before we finalize your order.

How does it work?

Step one

Let’s get to know each other!

First we will have you fill out our Invitation Questionnaire! This will allow us to get some understanding of what you are envisioning. We also want to better understand your vision by hearing from you either by phone, email, or video call, or, if you are located in the Bradenton, Fl. area, we can meet for an in-person meeting! Here you will get rough pricing, timeline, and we will talk through your ideas more in depth.

Our average custom client spends around $1,400 for 100 invitation sets (That includes the Main Invite, Detail Card, RSVP Card, and Main Envelope.)

*To begin the design process, we require that you pay the design portion of the total fee with a signed contract. The rest of the fee is due prior to production.

Step two

Design Creation

After we have gotten all the information from you and feel like we understand your vision, we will start the design process! This is our favorite part because it can include painting, drawing, and editing to put together your dream invitations. Once we have a draft ready, we will show it to you for approval. First drafts can take 2 -3 weeks to create depending on what elements are included in your design.

Step three

Revisions

We will now collaborate with you to get your design looking exactly how you want it. Included in your custom pricing is 3 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will be an additional fee. We allow up to 2 weeks for revisions. This is where we reach perfection!

Step four

Final Approval

Once you are in love with your new wedding invitations, we will send over one last proof for you to sign off on.

*This is when the production portion of your fee is due.

Step five

Production

Printing, production and assembly can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks. After initial production is complete, we will assemble your invitations and make sure everything is in order for you to receive them! We offer many different assembly packages depending on how involved or not involved ;) you want to be in the process. We offer digital calligraphy and printing for envelopes but not hand calligraphy.

*We do not mail out invitations to your wedding guests unless agreed upon prior and additional fee is required.

Step six

Wedding Day

We would love to carry your vision even further than your invitations. This could include anything from napkins and programs to signage and menus! Let us create matching custom designs to bring the whole day together aesthetically for you.

Upgrades

Printing Upgrades

Letterpress - Color is pressed into paper leaving an inpression behind. It can be done to text or line illustrations.

Foil Stamping - this printing method presses foil into the paper creating a beautiful real shine! It can be done to text or line drawings and can be used in conjunction with
digital and letterpress printing.

Blind Letterpress - this is the same as traditional letterpress except for, no color is being pressed into the paper. It simply leaves an impression into the paper.

White Ink - white is not a color that can be typically printed which is why this is a specialty printing method

Envelope Addressing

We offer printed envelope addressing and designing! Envelope addressing can be stressful and time consuming. Let us take this off your plate! All you have to do is give us a spreadsheet with your guests names and addresses and we will do the rest.

Paper Upgrades

We have many paper options! Single thick paper is the standard with different types like felt, cotton, linen, recycled, and more. The various types of papers give different looks and textures to your final product. $

We also have double thick paper options that have a
sturdier and more luxurious feel. $$

Another beautiful upgrade is handmade paper! This gives a natural look with natural edges and texture. $$$

An additional upgrade that can be made to your paper is deckled edges. This is where we hand rip each side of your pieces. This lets your paper feel more on the handmade side without the huge cost. $
